Leader Challenge is a training and leadership development software built using real-life stories collected from hundreds of interviews with U.S. Army Soldiers. The voices of the Soldiers form the basis of these relevant and captivating learning modules. By integrating appropriate leadership theories and models of learning, we have created the most influential military leadership educational experience available. EARS

Praevius Team members are currently deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan supporting the insertion and integration of the Ears® product line from QinetiQ North America. The Soldier Wearable Acoustic Targeting System (SWATS®) is already making a difference–see http://www.planningsystemsinc.com/ears.cfm.

PL Book

The Platoon Leader book–or simply “PL”–is a collection of stories from the lives of U.S. Army Platoon Leaders in combat. The book includes the experiences of more than 65 Platoon Leaders captured in more than 150 stories, all woven together to create the feel of a total deployment to Iraq. This mosaic literary work will be informative, academic, and motivating. We are humbled to be a part of such a monumental work of history that showcases the challenges that our young Soldiers are facing. The Platoon Leader book is part of the Army Studies Program and is being executed in partnership with the Army Research Institute and the Center for Company-level Leaders.

Leadership Retreats

We thoroughly enjoy conducting off-site Leadership Development and Teambuilding Retreats. Our personal facilitation and integration of relevant tools, activities, and organizational assessments make the time away with us more productive than multiples of it at the office. We’ve been using the Leadership Retreats as a means of bringing product development teams together, of supporting religious organizations, of fostering Soldier Reintegration, of aiding in charting a new team’s identity and direction, and of catalyzing strategic corporate growth.
